After a few crazy weeks filled with technical difficulties, I'm happy to say we are up and running again. There were issues with our web host so we had to switch. How do you create spaces that make you want to snuggle up and stay there? By using nice muted tones, plush pillows and soft textures. Add lots of pillows and plush bedding in your sleeping space. Use personal items like a favorite blanket, photos and mementos to make the space feel like yours. Burn scented candles or your favorite incense. Use a linen spray that you absolutely love. Fill it with books. Pick a space with natural light and add plants. Mood lighting. See below for a bit of inspiration.
Want to kick it up a notch and add a little flair to your gifts? How about making your own wrapping paper and bows ?! It's really not that difficult and it adds a nice personal touch to your gifts.
Earlier I posted about Clair Wayman's awesome shop Curio & Curio. Before she opened up her shop, she was an interior stylist for many well-known magazines like Ideal Home and Living Etc..(one of my favs!!). She moved from the UK to Australia and did staging and worked for Real Living Magazine. Pretty cool career!! Anyway, she's back in the UK and does interior styling and staging along with running her shop with Nick. Take a look at some of her work below.

The story of Clair and Nick is a cute one, I suggest you go to their website to read how they came to open Curio & Curio Home. Colorful, bold and quirky, their online shop includes cards, cushions and art among other things. They are based in London but it looks like they ship internationally. Yay!!
